[name_f]Pixie[/name_f] is super cute! Probably too cute for me as a full first name, but I do think it’s usable. Very quirky, sweet and fun.
[name_f]Pixie[/name_f] [name_f]Demelza[/name_f] or [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] [name_f]Kerensa[/name_f] were my first thoughts – for some reason, my subconscious seems to love Cornish names with [name_f]Pixie[/name_f]!

The name reminds me of Pixie Lott, and is super spunky!
Pixie Ramona was the first combo that came to mind.

Fine as a nickname but I think it would hard to wear as an adult women. Personally, I wouldn’t want my legal name to be [name_f]Pixie[/name_f].

I agree with @choupette though—great as a nickname, but necessarily as a birth certificate first name.
