What are your thoughts on [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m]? What comes to mind when you hear it? What middle names would you put with it? Does it go well with my list
I think it’s really cute! I know of an Instagram mommy blogger who has a Thatcher. Her kids are Ellie, Evie, Herschel, Thatcher, and Edith. Those last three really go together, to me
Thatcher pairs really nicely with all of the names you’ve listed especially Mabel, Flora, Daisy, August xx
Too [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] for me but it is a cool sounding name if you’re outside of the UK. It fits well with your other names
i love thatcher! and the nickname “thatch” is so cute for a little boy.

[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought when I hear [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] is [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] from Grey’s Anatomy. Not a great name association.
I really like [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m]. It’s handsome, classic but unique. [name_m]Thatch[/name_m] is such a cute, strong nickname. I think [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] fits in perfectly with your other boys’ names!
I like it! I immediately think of the PM. It’s modern-sounding, but obviously not made-up, and it’s a good balance of formal and casual. I think it fits well with your other names, except for [name_f]Margot[/name_f]. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] is just too much [name_m]Iron[/name_m] [name_f]Lady[/name_f] for me, even though I’m American and she’s a positive association for me.
I really like [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m]! and I it think it fits really well with your girls and boys list. I always like to do middle names as honor names so it is really hard for me to give you suggestions that would work for you some that I would use for myself include
As a left wing British citizen, this is an absolute hard no for me politically speaking… [name_f]My[/name_f] family would probably kill me
Also a thatcher is an actual job over here as there are still plenty of thatched rooves around. It’s in the same region as calling a child “builder” or “plumber”.
If you’re American, you’re probably safe but it won’t translate well if he ever decides to move to the UK when he’s older, which is worth thinking about for his sake.
I like [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] a lot. The only reason it isn’t on my list is because I prefer [name_m]Fletcher[/name_m] and the two are so similar.
I, too, am from the American [name_u]South[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] immediate association with the name is [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] from Grey’s Anatomy. [name_f]My[/name_f] second association is [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m]. Neither of those associations are strong enough for me to impact my opinion of the name itself, however.
I love [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] [name_m]Lowe[/name_m] and [name_m]Thatcher[/name_m] [name_u]Blake[/name_u].
