I’m trying to get a handle on the name [name]Milo[/name]. I like it, but is it getting trendy? What’s the image of the name [name]Milo[/name]? For some reason I’m having a hard time trying to place where [name]Milo[/name] fits in. It sounds Italian to me, but I know it’s not. I don’t think it’s preppy, but it’s not tough either… what are your thoughts on the name?
I think [name]Milo[/name] is just adorable but as a nickname! It seems very cutesy and therefore cannot actually imagine anyone over the age of about 5 years old being called [name]Milo[/name]. I would much prefer to see [name]Miles[/name] nn [name]Milo[/name], that way he has the choice.
I think it’s a very soft sounding name but those sorts of names are very on trend right now.
I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Milo[/name]. So cute & handsome at the same time.
[name]Milo[/name] is one of those names that I feel works really well on a baby or small child, but doesn’t age well. I agree with the pp that said it’s a good nn for a name like [name]Miles[/name].
i like it! dont love, strikes me as sort of soft for a boy
I like soft names on boys, that’s the part I like best about the name!! If it were up to me his name would be [name]Cary[/name], but I think that’s a little too soft
I actually really like [name]Cary[/name]. I’m trying to find the right combo to use it in the middle spot.
I like the name [name]Cary[/name] on a boy so much better than on a girl! The same goes for [name]Jesse[/name]. I just feel like it’s so girly though. I don’t know.
In Europe I find the name is quite gentlemanly, well-mannered, interesting, and elegant, but maybe those traits are considered soft these days!
…I should declare that I have a wee [name]Milo[/name] myself - almost 6 months old - but I also know two grown [name]Milos[/name]; both rather manly and with very interesting jobs.
It IS on the rise though.
I love [name]Milo[/name].
[name]Milo[/name]'s an awesome name and to me, [name]Luca[/name] and [name]Milo[/name] would be a great sibset. I do think it would age well, see actor [name]Milo[/name] Ventimiglia.
I like [name]Milo[/name] and have a brief but intense celeb-crush on [name]Milo[/name] Ventimiglia, but I also prefer [name]Miles[/name].
I love [name]Milo[/name]!
(I’ve realized that I love boy’s names with the long O sound at the end.)
It seems like [name]Milo[/name] has become a lot more trendy lately. My step-grandfather is from Croatia and is called [name]Milo[/name]. Because of that, I can see it working for a person of all ages. It wasn’t until I had a friend name her pet [name]Milo[/name] that I realised it could work in a more ‘cute’ fashion, i.e on a baby or child. However, I’m not suggesting it’s a pet’s name. I think it’s lovely and I would consider it if I didn’t already have a [name]Milo[/name] in the family.
I like it!
I mainly think of the character in Disney’s [name]Atlantis[/name], [name]Milo[/name] [name]Thatch[/name] - so I associate the name with somebody studious, intelligent and well-mannered. I can definitely picture it on people of all ages, but then again, I don’t personally know anyone with this name, let alone children, so I’m not influenced by the name’s recent popularity. I like it a lot!
[name]Milo[/name] is a long time love of mine. It feels so down to earth and loving while still being oh so masculine. Plus, those -o ending boys names are just so appealing to me!
I like [name]Milo[/name], but I think it works best as a nickname for [name]Miles[/name].
In Australia, it’s a chocolate drink. I love [name]Milo[/name], but not as a name!
I love the name [name]Milo[/name] but here in Australia it’s the name of a Choc-malt drink so I can’t see myself ever ever using it.
