I am trying to choose a new name and have always liked it but want to know what everyone else thinks about it. The last name will be [name_m]Kumar[/name_m]. Its a Hindu name meaning “gift from God”.

Reminds me of [name_u]Liam[/name_u], but also as the way someone might mispronounce [name_f]Niamh[/name_f]. However, I think I like it! [name_f]Nim[/name_f] would be quite a cool nickname. Modern and fresh sound.

reminds me of both Liam and Noam, which isn’t bad - it’d be easy to say “Liam with an N” to get people to remember it. i don’t love it but it works really well with the surname!
I like it! I think the way you described the pronunciation is very clear & people should be able to learn it quickly. (originally I would’ve thought it was NYE-um)
