Hi berries! I’m just sorting through my favourites right now and need another set of eyes. Which spelling do you prefer for this middle name?
Liliana or Lilliana?
The first name would be Caroline. Do you prefer the look of Caroline Liliana with one L or two L’s? I personally like the look of the two because it matches the sister name I have for her, the middle name has double letters as well. But, I go back and forth because I think Liliana is the traditional spelling, so I’m conflicted lol.
I like the name Veronica for a sister, her nickname would be Vera. Just curious but, how would you pronounce Vera? Veer-ah or Vair-ah? What are your thoughts on the middle, Veronica Scarlett?
TIA!
Junie
[name_f]Liliana[/name_f] for me - looks tidier whereas [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f] has four letters in a row that look similar.
I prefer [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], as above, however, if you it matches her sister’s double letter middle, that would be a sweet connection. [name_m]An[/name_m] alternative could be [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Lilianna[/name_f]?
veer-uh!
[name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is charming - sweet but sharp

I like [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] more in general, but I think with [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] I like [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f] more! I think it’s because the “line” of [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and the “liana” of [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] are visually very similar, so the double L of [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f] breaks it up a bit?
I would pronounce [name_f]Vera[/name_f] as vair-ah in general, but especially when it’s a nickname for [name_f]Veronica[/name_f]! [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is a lovely name with a pleasant flow!

I prefer [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], I just feel it looks tidier than [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f]. If you’re wanting a double letter though I’d personally go with [name_f]Lilianna[/name_f].
[name_f]Vera[/name_f] is prn Veer-uh to me. [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is nice, NMS but I can see the appeal & it flows great. Also pairs beautifully with [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f].

I prefer [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f], part of me wants to pronounce [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] ‘lee-lee-ana’ instead if lily-ana.
As for [name_f]Vera[/name_f] I tend to go for the vair-uh pronunciation.

I like [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f], with two L’s.
I pronounce it Vair-ah. As for the middle name, it’s lovely! I wouldn’t change it

[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] is so gorgeous!
I love that name and I prefer the [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] spelling. But both spellings are pretty well used and make sense, so if you prefer the look of [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f], you could use that one.
I like [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f] and [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] as sisters. I think they work well. And if [name_f]Vera[/name_f] is being used as Veronica’s nickname, I would pronounce it “vair-ah”.

[name_f]Liliana[/name_f] for me! She’s one of my favorite names… I love [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] and [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], but [name_f]Lilliana[/name_f] feels unbalanced to me (I feel like it should be Lillianna).
I love [name_f]Vera[/name_f]! I say veer ah. [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is nice. I think [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] is lovely with her!

I’ve always pronounced [name_f]Vera[/name_f] as [name_m]Veer[/name_m] Aaa.

By itself double L’s are more pleasing
But next to [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] the single L looks more visually pleasing.
[name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is darling! I pronounce it Vair-uh (I’m from [name_m]Maryland[/name_m] if that makes a difference)
You could also shorten [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] to scarlet if you still would like the middle names to match with either double or singular L’s and T’s !!

[name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is simply stunning and I think that she goes so well with [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] they make a gorgeous sister set together
I prefer [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] spelling, but that’s just my opinion

I love this name
[name_f]Liliana[/name_f] is my favourite spelling I just like the more streamlined look of [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] whereas the double L looks visually unnecessary. [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] is so pretty a lovely floral name with a melodic sound. [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] is so beautiful such an elegant name with a southern [name_f]Belle[/name_f] vibe.
[name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] definitely has the right flair of [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] they both have the southern belle feel whilst feeling strong and feminine.

Thank you everyone!
It was a tough pick going back and forth between the two spellings, but after some thought and just really comparing the two, I think the spelling with one L works best!
