[name_m]Hi[/name_m]!
So I’ve been in love with the name Natari recently. I pronounce it na-[name_m]TAH[/name_m]-ree, like how you would pronounce [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], not NA-ta-ree, like how you would pronounce [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] (but I will still be okay for people to pronounce it the second way, so it’s not really a problem to me if people will pronounce it wrong all the time). I love its unique and soft sounding, its uniqueness, how feminine it is, and how it’ll fit perfectly for both a child and an adult.
So, what do you guys think? Also, any nickname suggestions? Or do you think I should just use the full name (since it’s not that long and pretty easy and fast to pronounce)?
And I am a little bit worried that people might think it’s [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] for the first time when they hear the name.
If you’re going to say it na-TAR-ee, most people probably won’t mishear it, I think.

I love it! I think it is different, soft, and feminine. I don’t think it is close enough to [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] in looks or sound for you to worry about confusion. I love the name as a whole, but NNs are often inevitable. I like [name_u]Ari[/name_u] as an NN. I would steer clear of NNs like [name_u]Nat[/name_u], that everyone will assume is [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] or [name_f]Natasha[/name_f].
