We are having a little girl soon and even though we are still tossing up between a couple of names, the front runner seems to be [name_f]Imogen[/name_f].
We decided her middle name no matter what would be my mothers name so her full name would be [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_u]Michele[/name_u] [name_f]Holliday[/name_f].
I know it only matters if we love it but I’d still be interested in gearing peoples opinions!
Edit: Holliday will be her last name, Michele is the only middle name
I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], it’s been on my radar a lot lately. It has a sweet and feminine vibe.
So is that 2 middle names? [name_u]Michele[/name_u] is a sweet name, very dated to the 80s for me but honour names are normally a tad dated in feel.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_u]Michele[/name_u] [name_f]Holliday[/name_f] is lovely! [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is sweet, familiar and versatile and [name_f]Holliday[/name_f] makes a great middle -the family ties are nice too
I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and it was on my list, but my husband vetoed it. We’re in the US, where [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is not as common as in the UK, Australia, etc. DH was afraid people would constantly be calling her “im-O-jean” instead of “im-uh-jen”. If you’re also in the US, this is the one thing that’d I’d say you should consider before making a final decision.
You have such a pretty last name to work with. [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Holliday[/name_f] is stunning! I really like [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]. It’s smart, feminine, polished and unique. There are a bunch of great nn options too; Idgie, [name_f]Imee[/name_f], [name_f]Ginny[/name_f], [name_f]Minnie[/name_f].
