My new name crush…[name]Josephine[/name]

I love that it has so many possible nicknames!

I love [name]Josephine[/name]! And the nn [name]Posy[/name]. A lot of its nns are cute, but the only one I really like (which I happen to love!) is [name]Posy[/name]! I think it’s adorable. I just wish I could find a MN I liked for [name]Josephine[/name] as much as I like [name]Josephine[/name], and the nn [name]Posy[/name]. :frowning:

For the MN I would probably be using… [name]Lynn[/name], after my mother.
[name]Josephine[/name] [name]Lynn[/name]…but not 100% set on it, so MN suggestions welcome as well!

I like [name]Josephine[/name] a lot. It’s elegant and feminine without being too frou-frou, known without being too popular, and it has some cute nickname options (and I generally don’t care for nicknames.)

[name]Josephine[/name] is lovely! [name]One[/name] of my favourites. [name]LOVE[/name] the suggestion of nickname [name]Posy[/name]. I’ve never heard that, but I adore it. I like [name]Josie[/name]/[name]Jo[/name], but [name]Posy[/name] would be so refreshing. I also like Fi.

I’m not keen on [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Lynn[/name], but I know that sometimes family takes precedent.

[name]Josephine[/name] [name]Linnea[/name] could be really cute, with a similar sound, but a little less dated.

I love [name]Josephine[/name]! Its stunning. I’ve never heard of [name]Posy[/name] as a nickname, but it is adorable! I’m not a huge fan on [name]Lynn[/name], but it does have special meaning. I like the above suggestion of [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Linnea[/name]!

[name]How[/name] is [name]Linnea[/name] pronounced? I’ve never heard it before

I’ve heard [name]Linnea[/name] as [name]Lynn[/name]-A-uh. Middle syllable like play or day, last syllable like arm or the first sound in undo.

[name]Josephine[/name] is a fantastic name. [name]Jo[/name] [name]March[/name] is part of why I love it. [name]Josie[/name] and [name]Jo[/name] are my favorite nicknames.

I adore [name]Josephine[/name]! I do agree that [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Lynn[/name] is quite a lot of n sound, so it doesn’t flow the best. But it’s sweet to honor your mother, so it could still work. [name]Josephine[/name] is a wonderful name!

I love [name]Josephine[/name]. I’ve come across a few comments that it’s something of an old lady name, but I disagree entirely. More of a vintage feel than old lady. A billion nickname possibilities, and it just sounds so lovely. Only the pretty sounds. Excellent choice.

I like [name]Josephine[/name] a lot, pretty name with tons of nickname options.

I adore [name]Josephine[/name], it’s a favorite of mine, and like you I love the nickname possibilities.

I also love it, esp with the nn [name]Posey[/name]. I almost used it on DD2.

I love [name]Josephine[/name] as well!
