My sister says it’s entirely way to cartoon character. Hubby is terribly indecisive. I’m very drawn to the X names for some reason. I need huge help!
would it be mean to give our DD ([name_u]Ruby[/name_u]) a brother named [name_u]Onyx[/name_u]?
any suggestions?
My first, and very strong, association is Pokemon. And to be brutally honest, [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] and [name_u]Onyx[/name_u] sounds hokey. More than say, [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] and [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] would. I think [name_u]Onyx[/name_u] is a very different name to [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]. They’re both stones, yes, but [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]'s established as a name. It feels more at home with [name_f]Fern[/name_f] than with [name_f]Emerald[/name_f]. The same way that [name_u]Onyx[/name_u] seems to feel more at home with [name_u]Blaze[/name_u] than with [name_m]Jasper[/name_m].
That said, it could be a really cool middle name.
