i would have preferred harper wren (unless renn has family significance?). it is a bit trendy, but i think its cute!
[name]Harper[/name] is a pretty popular name on the boards, so nothing crazy there. [name]Ren[/name] is Japanese for “lotus” or “love” and “romance”, but I’m not sure where [name]Renn[/name] came from.
Yuck. [name]How[/name] is anyone supposed to tell if it’s a girl or a boy, with a surname for a first name and whatever ‘[name]Renn[/name]’ is in the middle? [name]Harper[/name] is one of my least favorite ‘names’, I have to say.
Im not a huge fan of the name [name]Harper[/name]… But overall, I do like it!!!
I loove [name]Renn[/name] (assuming it is pronounced like [name]Wren[/name])
I’d definitely think boy if I saw this.
[name]Harper[/name] is just so unattractive to me. It doesn’t sound pretty, it’s feminine and everyone is using it. I don’t get it.
I know a [name]Ren[/name] and he’s male. I [name]LOVE[/name] it. He’s part Japanese, as well. I don’t understand changing spellings of names. [name]Wren[/name] would have been easier for me to understand and I’d have liked it a lot more.
Harpers all girl to me, and I think [name]Renn[/name] is alright, overall, no something Id use… nor is it my favorite… Definately prefer the “[name]Wren[/name]” spelling… as it associates less with “[name]Ren[/name] & Stimpy”
My only issue is that [name]Harper[/name] and [name]Renn[/name] seem to run into each other, but other than that it’s a lovely name. [name]Renn[/name] probably has some family significance, not to mention [name]Ren[/name] (m?) and [name]Rin[/name] (f) in Japanese, and the name [name]Wren[/name] in English…it’s still familiar, and it’s not spelled [name]Rynn[/name], so I’m happy.
Luckily this new mommy doesn’t give a crap how I feel about her kid’s name.
So wierd i know a [name]Harper[/name] [name]Wren[/name]! when i saew this i was like Whoa!!
I love it, great! Congrats!
