Too close?

Would [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] and [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] be too close for brothers? (Siblings would be [name_f]Elvira[/name_f],[name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] and [name_m]Jasper[/name_m]) These are only names I´ve got floating around, and wondering about.
Also if you have a middle name suggestion for [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] I´d very much apreciate it
Thanks in advance
(love J and W names for boys, and oldish names for both…so any suggestions would be helpfull) :

Yes, only since ‘[name_m]Nathan[/name_m]’ is the second part of jo[name_m]NATHAN[/name_m] making it too close to [name_m]NATHANiel[/name_m].
I think [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] and [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] go very well together; for a middle name I like:
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_u]Seth[/name_u]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_u]Luca[/name_u]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_m]Leo[/name_m]

I don’t think they are too close, as long as one goes by [name_m]John[/name_m] and the other by [name_m]Nate[/name_m] or [name_m]Nathan[/name_m].

Here’s my general rule: when in doubt, don’t. Would brothers [name_m]Barclay[/name_m] and [name_m]Clayton[/name_m] be too close?
