Too much alliteration?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] all,

My partner and I have decided on the first name for our baby due in [name_f]May[/name_f]: [name_m]Fletcher[/name_m].

The problem now is the middle name!

We love [name_m]Fletcher[/name_m] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] - but I am worried the double ‘Fl’ sounds too much!

Would love other opinions on this!

I like it! Okay, it does make me giggle just a little bit, but I think it’s a fun name. Yes, I think of [name_m]Errol[/name_m] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] as [name_u]Robin[/name_u] Hood (it’s the fletcher-arrow + [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] connection), but a little swashbuckling never hurt anyone. I can’t imagine a situation where he’d get seriously teased if friends found out his middle name.

Oh I didn’t even know this connection!

[name_f]Glad[/name_f] even though that’s the connection you made it’s not a dealbreaker!

I think it sounds kinda cute!

I like it too. It’s quite an obvious alliteration but sounds cool rather than silly [name_f]IMO[/name_f].

Like it!!!

I actually like it! it sounds really cool

It is a great combo.

Thanks to everybody for their opinions!

I really like it!

FL FL too not just f f … I think it may be quite a bit … It looks to me like you like that sound and have found it in two great names, perhaps there is another name you really like ?

What about [name_m]Fletcher[/name_m] [name_u]Lynn[/name_u]? It is used for males too.
