Too much name?

[name]Just[/name] random name I thought of.
[name]Crispin[/name] [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name]. Is it too much of a name? Does it all flow well? If this were a real kid, what would his siblings name be?
Thanks.

[name]Hi[/name]!

Is [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name] too much name? For me, no. Then again, I like some very obscure names, so that could mean anything. Besides, if it were, he could always go by [name]Chris[/name], which I find pretty normal.

I think the flow is great!

Ideas for siblings:
[name]Leopold[/name]
[name]Barnaby[/name]
[name]Alasdair[/name]
[name]Silas[/name]
[name]Linus[/name]
[name]Rupert[/name]
[name]Rufus[/name]
[name]Tarquin[/name]
[name]Julius[/name]

[name]Tallulah[/name]
[name]Tamsin[/name]
[name]Aurelia[/name]
[name]Sylvie[/name]
[name]Isadora[/name]
[name]Eloise[/name]
[name]India[/name]
[name]Allegra[/name]-- but it’s associated with the allergy medication, if it bothers you…
[name]Lucille[/name]
[name]Lucasta[/name]
[name]Portia[/name]
[name]Cosima[/name]-- repeats initials, though, if it bothers you…

Good luck!

[name]Crispin[/name] [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name]? No way! In fact, I think I love it! If you had something like [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Zephyr[/name] [name]Ganesh[/name], we’d be having a different conversation, but the addition of [name]Nicholas[/name] to the vintage [name]Crispin[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] creates a handsome balance!

I’d name [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name]’ siblings something like this:

[name]Alastair[/name] [name]Crosby[/name] [name]Francis[/name]
[name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Lionel[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Felix[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] [name]William[/name]
[name]Rupert[/name] [name]Wolfgang[/name] [name]Theodore[/name]

[name]Eugenie[/name] [name]Pearl[/name] [name]Susannah[/name]
[name]Iris[/name] [name]Odetta[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] [name]Dinah[/name] [name]Lucy[/name]
[name]Philippa[/name] [name]Marley[/name] [name]Helen[/name]

Like any?

[name]CRISPIN[/name]

Gender: M
Origin: Latin
Meaning: “curly-haired”

[name]Saint[/name]'s name that has as an image much like its first syllable: crisp, autumnal and colorful.

I love it! [name]Crispin[/name] is such a wonderful name! I don’t think it’s too much at all.

I think that [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name] is a VERY cool name. I would call him [name]Kit[/name] (that’s an old-timey nn for [name]Christopher[/name], and since they begin similarly, I think it could work. Plus, I know too many [name]Chris[/name]'s).

    • NameGoddess

Spin could also work as a nn.

I knew a [name]Crispin[/name] growing up. It’s definitely a unique name that I have never heard since then. His siblings were [name]Brick[/name] (m) and Havlin (f), so their parents had a flair for the unusual.

I love [name]Crispin[/name] and [name]Nicholas[/name], but [name]Arlo[/name] is a bit too much for me.
Though when it’s just [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name], it seems to miss something.
Why did you choose [name]Arlo[/name]? what does it mean to you? are you set upon it? you see, I’ve never heard it before.
However, the more I look the harder it get’s to find a suitable substitute, it must have been hard to come up with [name]Arlo[/name].
It might take some getting used to, but it could actually be a great combination and I just didn’t see it, sorry xD
