Would it still sound too similar to [name]Arielle[/name] if we changed [name]Brielle[/name] to [name]Briella[/name]? Comments appreciated!
Hmm, it’s pretty close but I don’t know that it’s unbearably close. BUT if you have future girls they’re probably going to stand out, because it’s not just the sound thing, it’s the A, B, thing. It seems like Crielle or Criella should come next!
While I think [name]Brielle[/name] and [name]Briella[/name] are pretty, they feel very incomplete to me. I would highly recommend you consider [name]Gabriella[/name] or [name]Gabrielle[/name] (I prefer [name]Gabriella[/name] and it’s more distinct from [name]Arielle[/name]) and then just call her [name]Brielle[/name]/[name]Briella[/name]. It’s much more distant, and what overlap they have is compensated for the fact that they have a natural tie in - they’re both feminine forms of [name]Angel[/name] names ([name]Ariel[/name] and [name]Gabriel[/name]).
Barring [name]Gabriella[/name], I think [name]Bella[/name] is similar, pretty, more complete, and more distinct from [name]Arielle[/name].
I wouldn’t use them both, they do sound very familiar. Maybe you could use [name]Brielle[/name] or [name]Briella[/name] as a mn?

I think they are too similar. However if you really love the name I would say [name]Briella[/name] is better than [name]Brielle[/name], or just use it as a middle name.
