Top 3 baby girl names!

We have narrowed it down to these top 3 baby girls names, which name do you like from best to worst and why? Here are the names and my thoughts about them in no particular order… all comments are appreciated. thank you!

Luna (I love the moon meaning, it’s short/sweet, easy to say and spell, I like the “lu” nickname, don’t know any humans with this name but I do know a couple dogs which isn’t too big of a deal for me)

Adelaide (cool place name, feels Regal/Royal, more on the rare side which I like)

Rosalia (pronounced like “Rosa-Leah”, feels pretty and feminine but not overly frilly. Romantic and spicy vibe, flows/matches really nicely with our R letter last name)

Luna is becoming really popular, so if you name her luna you might have 2-3 other Lunas in her grade, but if you like it then that’s all that ever matters

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f], its on my own list :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: my second choice would be [name_f]Luna[/name_f]

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite is [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]. I like that it’s clearly feminine but not frilly or little-girly, and not heard every day.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] just rubs me the wrong way for some reason, and it’s trending up extremely quickly (up 876 spots in the last 17 years).
[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is nice; it’s just not my personal favorite.

I adore all three but [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is my favourite

I love [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]! Such a beautiful and regal name as you say, and it has so many potential nicknames. [name_f]Addie[/name_f], [name_f]Ada[/name_f], [name_f]Lady[/name_f] etc…

[name_f]My[/name_f] second choice would be [name_f]Luna[/name_f], it is so soft and sweet!

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is very pretty, but I feel that it would often get mispronounced. If this isn’t an issue for you, then I think it’s gorgeous!

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is beautiful! Lots of nicknames as well! Second would be [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] and lastly [name_f]Luna[/name_f] - it’s just so popular at the moment.

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is so elegant and pretty i love it!!! also cute nn options such as [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]! my second choice would be [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite for you is [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] and I too, love that it sounds nice with your last name, is feminine, but not too frilly. I also like [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] if she ends up with a nickname. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] would be my second choice as I like the simplicity of it and the meaning. I like [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] but there are soooo many little Addies in the playground, which this name seems to typically default to, that she is likely to meet several in school so I have it in third spot.

All three names are great! [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is my favourite, I just love [name_f]Rose[/name_f] names (and botanical/floral in general). [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] makes me think of a rose bush twisting up a trellis.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] is my second favourite. I remember looking at this name in a book long before Ms Lovegood was written about and being really drawn to it. I love short and pithy names. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is really elegant too.
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] - like I say, another great name, I’m just a little blah after seeing so much of her cousin [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and all the spelling variants. [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is nonetheless beautiful.

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is definitely my favourite such a gorgeous romantic name I honestly love ‘rose’ names and this includes [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f]. So pretty :rose:

[name_f]My[/name_f] second favourite is [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] she feels strong, sassy and vibrant. I love the [name_f]Addie[/name_f] nickname and I think she’s an effortless choice.

Finally [name_f]Luna[/name_f] comes third she’s pretty feels fashionable and has a gorgeous connection to the moon. But for me I do hear lunatic which isn’t great and she’s just gone past fashionable verging into trendy which isn’t my thing I’m not into trendy names. If you love a moon connection I really love [name_f]Selene[/name_f] she’s the goddess of the moon feels sleek, elegant and is very underused.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helped

Id rank them [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f].

I love the simplicity of [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. Very natural and feminine.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is nice but too long for my taste. But is sweet with the nn [name_f]Addie[/name_f] or [name_f]Ada[/name_f].

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is nice to but harder to pronounce and Im almost certain would be shortened to [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] by some people. But its very pretty and unique.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f]
I think [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] could be a good combo.

I know A lot of little Adelaides! I always hear people saying there will be a million Lunas but I have yet to meet one IRL! Maybe it’s just where I live but I wouldn’t think of it. I [name_u]Love[/name_u] how " [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] " sounds as a name. All three are beautiful names!

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is the beautiful [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] - cool, strong, classy, feminine, what’s not to like?
I also like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and agree with you than [name_f]Lu[/name_f] is a very cool nickname.
[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] doesn’t appeal to me, just not my style I guess. I do love [name_f]Rose[/name_f] though.

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] is my favorite, it’s very popular right now but if popularity isn’t a significant factor for you, I’d 100% say go for it

I also love [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] and with an R last name (I’m a sucker for alliteration) that could be even lovelier.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is a perfectly nice name too! [name_m]Just[/name_m] not as much my style as the others.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is my favorite. It’s a timeless classic.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] is my second favorite. It’s pretty common where I live, but I still like it. It sounds soft and romantic, and I love the lu-sound.
[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is a good name too, just not my favorite of the rose-names I guess.

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] – my favourite! I love this name. I don’t mind the popularity at all! Names are popular for a reason, and just because your little [name_f]Luna[/name_f] might run into another [name_f]Luna[/name_f] doesn’t make her name any more special. I named my daughter [name_u]Briar[/name_u] and have met a few other Briars… Doesn’t change the fact that my [name_u]Briar[/name_u] is special to me.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] – Second favourite! [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is one of my favourite place names, if not my favourite. I’m a little biased because [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is one of my favourite cities in the world. I agree that it’s very regal. I don’t love the nickname [name_f]Addie[/name_f] which puts me off a little bit, though.

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] - Least favourite, but still very pretty! I honestly love all 3 of these names and you can’t go wrong with any of them. This just isn’t my favourite [name_f]Rose[/name_f]- variant. I do like a bit of alliteration though so if it sounds cool with your last name, I might change my mind on this one!

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is my top choice for you. It’s fun to say, but also makes me think of a bold, creative girl or woman.

[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is my second choice. It’s very pretty. The only thing I’d worry about is the potential for mispronunciation from your preferred one as “Ro-sal-ya”

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] isn’t one of my favorite names. I far prefer [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] or [name_f]Lula[/name_f]. I am teaching a [name_f]Luna[/name_f] right now (11 years old) and her friends call her Loony, usually affectionately, but I still don’t like it. [name_m]Just[/name_m] something to think about.

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] is my favourite. I never liked the “laid” part of [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f].
