[name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] is unusual. It was a place name in Eastern Europe (Czech Republic). I think [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] would be your best option. I don’t like the [name_m]Bo[/name_m]-[name_u]Po[/name_u] of [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] but I guess you could always go for two mn’s if [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] has significance: [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f].

I agree that [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] has the best flow!

Is using [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] as a first name out? I vote for [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] or [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] since these have meaning to you. Generally I find it harder to start out with the mn and try to find a fn that way… The fn will be used most of all so you should really be on board with that one. Which is why I wondered whether [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] could be a fn option!

I want to love [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] because it is such a lovely story and it has significance for you, but I think that [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] paired with [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] is just a little too… well, bohemian/hippie. Would you consider using [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] for a nickname? I know [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] has been used as a nn for [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], or maybe [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] or [name_f]Philippa[/name_f]. Or perhaps you could use a flower name you like.

Of the other names you selected, [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] has a nice flow and I do like a pp suggestion of using two middles so you can have [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] or [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f].

What about [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Boheme[/name_f]? I like that, and it seems close enough to honor your grandmother, especially since the meaning is essentially the same. Or [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Boheme[/name_f], although I think there are a lot of little [name_f]Addy[/name_f]'s running around ([name_u]Addison[/name_u], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Adele[/name_f], etc…), so I am partial to [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]! Plus, there is nothing more gorgeous than wild Poppies!!!

I really love [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f]. I entertained it as a middle myself, but with our last name starting with a J the initials couldn’t be ignored. Anyway, I like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f], [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Boheme[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] and even [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. I wouldn’t rule it out as a first name. I agree with the pp who said there are a lot of little [name_f]Addy[/name_f]'s running around - but no [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f]'s and very few [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]'s.

I am really loving [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f]/[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f]. [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] is a beautiful name, and goes great in the middle. I like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] too, but [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] is just too good of a name to pass up. Plus, [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] would be great sisters!
