We are a Danish/British/Jewish couple and so are looking for names that honor cultures. [name_f]Tova[/name_f] is a top choice - [name_m]Thor[/name_m]/thunder (scandinavian) and Good (hebrew) - and has the benefit of starting with the same first letter as my grandmother. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like it? Any alternatives? What would you pair that with for middle names? Still in the Scandanvian family of names?
I grew up with a Tövᴀ Jëssë and I always loved her name.
I love all the names on your list, including [name_u]Asta[/name_u]. All of them would be great middles for [name_f]Tova[/name_f] or stand on their own well as siblings to [name_f]Tova[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Tova[/name_f]! I think [name_f]Tova[/name_f] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f], or [name_f]Tova[/name_f] and Lærke would be gorgeous together as sisters.
Tova and [name_f]Maja[/name_f] and [name_f]Tova[/name_f] and [name_f]Laerke[/name_f] are lovely!
I love [name_f]Tova[/name_f] btw. Such an interesting name. [name_f]Tova[/name_f] [name_f]Maren[/name_f], [name_f]Tova[/name_f] [name_f]Laerke[/name_f] and [name_f]Tova[/name_f] [name_f]Elinor[/name_f]?
Suvi, [name_f]Ebba[/name_f], [name_f]Katri[/name_f] and [name_f]Kaja[/name_f] also came to mind
