W/o knowing anything about your personality, it’s hard for me to pick a name. Are you a super-modern person, no frills? Classic? More into the outdoors?
When I read your names, my impressions are:
[name_f]Rayna[/name_f]: Reminds me of a classic [name_f]Star[/name_f] Trek episode, so smooth, sleek, a bit sci-fi. Seeing as how it’s the phonetic spelling of [name_f]Reyna[/name_f], which stems from [name_f]Reine[/name_f] = queen, I find it somewhat aristocratic too, in a quiet & understated way. And w/the word “rain” as part of its pronunciation, it’s also got a nature-y vibe.
[name_f]Maddison[/name_f]: There were a number of Madisons of a wide variety of spellings in my daughter’s high school class (she graduated in 2016), so the name has a teenager feel for me. Using this spelling gets you easily to the nn of [name_f]Maddi[/name_f]/[name_f]Maddy[/name_f], if you were thinking about a nn.
[name_u]Nevada[/name_u]: This has a very Western, wide-open-spaces, mountainy feel to it. Jeans & flannel shirts & boots, hiking, horseback riding. For me it has a very pretty sound.
[name_u]Fallon[/name_u]: I think of fawns when I heard this, so it has a shy, sweet feel to it…although there was the character of [name_u]Fallon[/name_u] Carrington in Dynasty (probably way before your time!) that was the antithesis to that image.
[name_f]Bria[/name_f]: Short & sweet, w/some zip to it, possibly because it brings to mind the term brio, which is defined as “vigor or vivacity of style or performance.” If you’re musically inclined, I can see why [name_f]Bria[/name_f] would appeal. For me it has a definite feminine feel.
[name_u]Blair[/name_u]: This one is more sleek & unisex; it’s also reminiscent of a character from an '80s sitcom (The Facts of Life). [name_u]Blair[/name_u] makes me think of names like [name_u]Whitney[/name_u], [name_u]Lindsey[/name_u], [name_f]Lauren[/name_f], [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], & [name_f]Vanessa[/name_f].
[name_f]Dior[/name_f]: This is an unusual surname name…I don’t know how familiar people are w/it. Would people know it’s pronounced “[name_f]Dee[/name_f]-or”? Or would they say “Die-or”?
Of your list, my preferences would be [name_u]Nevada[/name_u] & [name_f]Bria[/name_f]. Best of luck as you move through your journey!
