Turkish English boy names

We need help choosing a name for our baby boy! We need something that works in both [name_f]English[/name_f] and Turkish, or is at least easily pronounced in both. We don’t want any names associated with religion, and don’t want want any overused names (i.e deniz/dennis, emre/emery, eren/aaron). We like more modern and masculine sounding names. Our last name is 1 syllable, so I prefer it to be at least 2 so it doesnt sound too short. Please help!!

[name_u]Love[/name_u] roman but unfortunately it means gypsy in Turkish :pensive:

[name_u]Ares[/name_u] is nice- so it would be aries in english. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it sounds odd? Havent seen it used before

Some high profile celebrities used it recently so I was hoping it’s more usable now! My first association is “novel” but I can see why that would be a problem.

I think I’ve seen it on somebody else’s (Turkish) name list before. I believe Ares is used in English too, though it would be a slightly different pronunciation. It sounds similar to trendy names like Aras, Enes, etc. so why not.

Is there an [name_f]English[/name_f] equivalent of ayaz? Like that one

Hmm, not a direct one I can find but [name_u]Asa[/name_u] or [name_u]Ace[/name_u] came to mind. It also means frost so maybe [name_u]Frost[/name_u]
