IVF transfer is next week so I’m staying positive by working on my name lists. I can’t help dreaming of twins. Zane is my husband’s top name. It’s a honor name for John (meanings and origins) and has a “Z” like our two other children Ezr@ and Bo@z (edited for privacy/google-ability). So we kind of have a “Z” theme and a Bible theme, but we’re not limiting ourselves by those. If we had twin boys what do you like paired with Zane?
I think [name_m]Zane[/name_m] & [name_m]Gideon[/name_m] are so lovely together! I’d worry that [name_m]Gideon[/name_m] would feel left out though, because he doesn’t share the Z.
I would go with [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_u]Zion[/name_u] or [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Zeb[/name_m] (zebulun feels a little too long along side your other kids names) from your list.
[name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Silas[/name_m] have the same feel/vibe too me, have your thought about [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m]?
I also like pp suggestion of [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_u]Zeke[/name_u] (again [name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m] feels too long and also has the same beginning as [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] so [name_u]Zeke[/name_u] matches better imo)

If you want another Z name then maybe [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Zachariah[/name_m], [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] “Zack”, [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m] “Zeke”, [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Zakai[/name_m] or [name_m]Zane[/name_m] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] or [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] which kind of has a Z sound in it.
