This latest idea I have been working on for a long time now is called “[name_f]Fairy[/name_f] Tale Nightmares.” The main character, [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] ([name_u]Story[/name_u]) [name_u]Gray[/name_u], is a teenaged fairy with the ability to make anything she writes come to life with her magic, as well as “rewrite” events with her magic, buy summoning the elements earth, air, fire, and water. For years, her father, [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] [name_u]Gray[/name_u], for her own protection, has tried to keep [name_u]Story[/name_u]'s ability secret, but when her attention-seeking mother, [name_f]Eudora[/name_f], reveals it, suddenly everyone wants a piece of [name_u]Story[/name_u]. It leads to [name_u]Story[/name_u]'s beloved older sister to be killed and her mother abandons the family.
In her grief, [name_u]Story[/name_u] tries to use her magic to save her sister, but in doing so brings to life almost every character she’s created in stories she’s written, most of them based off of fairy tales, hence the title of the series, “[name_f]Fairy[/name_f] Tale Nightmares.”
What I’m asking of you all today is name suggestions for [name_u]Story[/name_u]'s older sister and twin brother, both of whom have major roles in the story.
[name_u]Story[/name_u]'s twin brother is as outgoing and extroverted as she is socially awkward and introverted. He’s a star soccer player, though an average student and is teased to be the “little” brother because he is five minutes younger than [name_u]Story[/name_u]. They are fraternal twins, and fairies, though they look alike with their auburn hair and light brown eyes. He is not the least bit jealous of [name_u]Story[/name_u]'s magic, instead he is overprotective of her and would have a fit if he found out his werewolf best friend was in love with his twin sister. I’ve been using the name [name_u]Noah[/name_u] for him, but I am open to other suggestions you think would sound better with [name_f]Astoria[/name_f].
As for [name_u]Story[/name_u]'s older sister, she was beautiful, with long, dark brown hair and blue-gray eyes, as well as tall and slender. She had a wild, rebellious streak in her, but she was a loving sister. [name_u]Story[/name_u] idolized her, someone who was always in control. She was a dedicated dancer, and a talented fairy; her element was fire and she was telepathic, yet she advanced quickly to the apprentice stage before she died. What is the first name that comes to mind when you read this?
