[name]Matilda[/name]<3 Ruby Is Also A Nice Name.
[name]Iris[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name] would be a perfect match!
I also like [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name].
I love [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Iris[/name]! So cute. If you want Christmasy, you could go [name]Christmas[/name] with the middle names.
[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]/[name]Noel[/name] & [name]Iris[/name] [name]Holly[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Winter[/name] & [name]Iris[/name] [name]December[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Snow[/name] & [name]Iris[/name] [name]Merry[/name]
[name]Hope[/name] this helps.
P.S. I’m from NC, too!
To get new ideas on [name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Clara[/name] (which I love btw) you might want to repost a NEW thread, because people will most likely not read through the entire 4 pages to read your newest update. You’ll keep getting feedback on [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] (and [name]Holly[/name], apparently, lol).
However, I love your naming style. I would go with [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] personally, they are very WOW type names, I would be so excited to meet a sibset with these names. [name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Clara[/name] are gorgeous also, and you can’t go wrong with either. I don’t have middle name options for you, as I don’t think I can add anything new, you basically have a good list, and most will go with whatever name you choose.
GL!!
These are actually both on my list(ha!) but I think they’re beautiful and Christmasy(not a real word, I know, but you know what I mean) without being too obvious.
[name]Clara[/name] [name]Eve[/name] and [name]Norah[/name] [name]Lucille[/name]! [name]Clara[/name] because it means bright/clear and The Nutcracker association.[name]Eve[/name] for [name]Christmas[/name] [name]Eve[/name]. I know [name]Norah[/name] and [name]Lucille[/name] both mean light but I think it’s lovely and appropriate for [name]Christmas[/name]. :]
[name]Matilda[/name] “[name]Tilly[/name]” [name]Holly[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name] “[name]Lottie[/name]” [name]Noelle[/name]
I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name]. [name]Iris[/name] has been my favourite girls name for several years now and coincidently [name]Matilda[/name] is my favourite middle name for it.
Some other suggestions (sorry for any repeats!)

I love [name]Matilda[/name], not sure it goes with [name]Iris[/name] stylistically. On the other hand, [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] (both names of several Queens) also gives the nicknames [name]Tillie[/name] (my paternal great-grandmother was a [name]Tillie[/name] short for [name]Matilda[/name]) and [name]Nora[/name] ([name]Tillie[/name] and [name]Ellie[/name] might get confusing). I love the idea of [name]Holly[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] for the middle names as a subtle [name]Christmas[/name] reminder. [name]Matilda[/name] [name]Holly[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] maybe?
What not have 1 [name]Iris[/name] and 1 [name]Matilda[/name] although from the suggestions above I like [name]Ivy[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] they would be lush together x
[name]Just[/name] wanted to add my 2¢ to the discussion. When nameberry posted this question on FB, I answered with [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Suzanna[/name] and [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Judith[/name] as MY choices for twin girl names.
However, I think that [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Iris[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] might be great for you
[name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] are great together…

[name]Love[/name] the suggestion of [name]Natalie[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]
I want to second the suggestion of [name]Clara[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name]. Stunningggggggggggggg!
[name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Clara[/name] is a beautiful twinset.
Also, just a small plea, but if your daughters do arrive around [name]Christmas[/name] time, please don’t go for a cutesy, [name]Christmas[/name] related twinset.
As an identical twin, I know how hard it can be to form your own identity, and from what I’ve heard from other twins I know who were given “cutesy matching names”, that just makes it worse. Furthermore, my sister and I were born at [name]Christmas[/name] (on [name]Christmas[/name] [name]Day[/name] itself), and if our parents had named us [name]Holly[/name] & [name]Ivy[/name]/[name]Carol[/name] & [name]Angel[/name]/any other cutesy [name]Christmas[/name] twinset, I don’t think we’d have ever forgiven them. Thankfully, our parents steered clear of that pretty much all together, and the only [name]Christmas[/name] related name either of us have is [name]Mary[/name] (my middle name), and even then the reason they chose it was nothing to do with the fact I was born at [name]Christmas[/name].
[name]Sylvie[/name] and [name]Mabel[/name]
[name]Hazel[/name] and [name]Iris[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] is nice (would you shorten [name]Matilda[/name]?)
[name]Isabel[/name] and [name]Eva[/name]
[name]Sophie[/name] and [name]Holly[/name]
[name]Ruby[/name] and [name]Bella[/name] . . .
Good luck with your twins - I have 6 year old twin girls - it’s intense at the start but such a blessing! . . .The days are long but the years fly by!!
[name]How[/name] about [name]Hazel[/name] & [name]Vivian[/name]? I love those names together…but [name]Matilda[/name] & [name]Iris[/name] is nice too…
I know 2 young sets of twins, [name]Stella[/name] & [name]Ruby[/name] and [name]Ava[/name] & Zali, both of which I think are great name sets - similar in style but completely individual too (different initials, not rhymey or matchy)
