Hello! I would love some thoughts on names for my twin girls due soon.
Our short list:
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u]
[name_f]Milla[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u]
[name_f]Milla[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
We don’t like anything too ‘matchy’. Would love some other suggestions.
I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u] best. They are both strong, powerful names. I think [name_f]Milla[/name_f] is a little ugly, to be honest, and although [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is one of my favorites, it doesn’t match the style, and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is too cutesy. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u], while not being matchy, have equal weight in style and strength.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] “[name_f]Milla[/name_f]/[name_f]Millie[/name_f]”
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u] is beautiful and strong, and well balanced (a similar feel for both names), but I realllllly love [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. (although [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is a bit more sweet and girly than [name_f]Lila[/name_f]).
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u]. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] is such an adorable name!
I also love how [name_f]Lila[/name_f] means [name_m]Night[/name_m] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] means [name_f]Princess[/name_f]…that combination is so cute. I also like the meaning of [name_u]Eden[/name_u] though, but I think I prefer [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] together. I don’t really like matchy names either lol…congratulations on your little girls! [name_f]Hope[/name_f] you find the perfect names
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u] is my first choice. However, I also like [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] so [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] would be my second choice.
I also like [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] as a pair. That would be favorite combo.
I love [name_f]Lila[/name_f]! Out of your options, I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u] best, but if I could mix and match, I would love the idea of [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]! I love the suggestions of [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] and [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f], though, too.
Sometimes twins [name_f]DO[/name_f] enjoy having match names. So I love your options [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] and pair it with [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] from [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. I would just give [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] a fuller name, and have her nn be [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. For example She could be Sabeline or Sabelina. That way [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and Sabeline would have full legitimate names on the birth certificate but wonderfully modern nicknames that fit with the mainstream of society.
Another aspect of [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is that is is such a feminine and lavish name, Sabeline would pair equally with [name_f]Charolotte[/name_f].
I heard [name_f]Milla[/name_f] be short for [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f], and if you went that route, it would pair well with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f].
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] would be a great shorter version of sat lilanna, and place it with [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and you have two very crisp clean and earthly sounding names.
Anyway, I’m not for sure if you like fuller names, or just more attracted to short more nichname-type-names, but at least they [name_f]MAY[/name_f] give you the ability to have [name_m]BOTH[/name_m].
Good [name_m]Luck[/name_m], and Best of Wishes!
I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] best, but I have a thing about twins names having closer names, so in the end I’d probably go with [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u].
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_u]Eden[/name_u]! I don’t care for [name_f]Milla[/name_f] much; it makes me think of millipedes, and I don’t find the “ill” sound very pretty. And I know many people here love [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], but to me it seems too cutesy, & not substantial enough for an adult.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the name [name_f]Lila[/name_f]! We named our one-year-old twin girls [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]. Is it wrong that I want to have another girl so that I can use the name [name_f]Lila[/name_f]? I think [name_f]Lila[/name_f] pairs nicely with [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. Congratulations, twin girls are such a blessing!
