Hello! We are super stuck and undecided on names for our identical twin girls due in early [name_f]May[/name_f]! [name_f]My[/name_f] last attempt to get input didn’t go over so well but I decided to try again and leave our possible names out of it to see if anyone had any suggestions:) [name_f]My[/name_f] almost 6 year old is named [name_f]Izabella[/name_f]. We are polish and the use of “z” is used with this name. We like unique and trendy but not crazy and out there. Help please!!
Not sure if you want to stick with vowel names but
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] and Alydia came to mind
or even [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f]
If you like trendy names maybe
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and [name_f]Brielle[/name_f]
[name_f]Madeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] and [name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
Are you wanting other slightly-Polish but still usable in English culture? I think something like [name_f]Klara[/name_f], [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f], [name_f]Cecylia[/name_f], Oliwia, [name_f]Ewa[/name_f], [name_f]Silwia[/name_f], etc., would go really well with [name_f]Izabella[/name_f]. [name_m]Even[/name_m] [name_f]Anna[/name_f] or Gracja? I feel like [name_f]Izabella[/name_f] and Oliwia would be great together, honestly, or [name_f]Izabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Ewa[/name_f]? [name_f]Izabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Klara[/name_f]?
If you like more trendy American/English names, I think something like [name_f]Izabella[/name_f] would go with something like [name_u]Hadley[/name_u], [name_u]Harper[/name_u], [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Julia[/name_f]/[name_f]Juliet[/name_f], [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], [name_u]Delaney[/name_u], [name_f]Willow[/name_f], etc.
Good luck!
I personally like [name_f]Jenessa[/name_f] and [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f]
I love [name_f]Izabella[/name_f], [name_f]Klara[/name_f] and [name_f]Zuzanna[/name_f]
Also:
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] & [name_f]Elsa[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] & [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] & [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
izabella was very cool when it first came on the scene…it’s still very classic, but now, very popular… would you say that is your style…something that sounds somewhat classic but isn’t super trendy…yet.
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you live in Poland? [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] sort of blew up here in the states because of the show Greys anatomy…very popular tv show. so what is your name style…and why didn’t it go so well here last time?
I’m actually from the US but both of us have grandparents from Poland and loved the name [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] but the Liked the Polish variation better and it makes it more unique. The other day I posted a name we were really liking and instead of getting any good suggestions I feel like the name was just bashed. I figured maybe if we just start from scratch we will find something that works:). We want unique but something that could be classic. I also like [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. We liked [name_f]Keira[/name_f] but I am not a fan of its meaning. I do like meanings of names. [name_f]My[/name_f] daughters first and middle name actually mean Gods angel.
Gotcha…sorry your name was bashed…that’s no fun…also sorry for explaining [name_u]Grey[/name_u]'s to you…of course you know what that is! lol
I like the Polish version better too…more unique but in a meaningful way…
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] is cute [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] is good too but I feel with the movie Frozen we will see a TON of these names start to surface
but here are some more vowel names:
[name_u]Everly[/name_u]
[name_f]Eva[/name_f]
Eisley (EYES-ley)
[name_u]Ainsley[/name_u]
Ea (EE-uh)
[name_f]Zosia[/name_f] is one of my favourites. [name_f]Zofia[/name_f]?
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_u]Robin[/name_u] (or [name_f]Robyn[/name_f])
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Maya[/name_f]
[name_f]India[/name_f] and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Jenna[/name_f]
[name_f]Sofia[/name_f] and [name_f]Graciela[/name_f]?
[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Milena[/name_f] & [name_f]Sofia[/name_f]? That would be a lovely sibset with [name_f]Izabella[/name_f]!
Congratulations! I like [name_f]Izabella[/name_f] with a Z:) I think I just like Z’s in general! [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Karenza[/name_f] as one of the girls’ names? I think it is so great - you could always use the nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u] with it, too! I also have twin girls and an older daughter, and finding names that all go together yet seem different enough but still unique is a real challenge! [name_f]Cozette[/name_f]/[name_f]Cosette[/name_f] would sound great with [name_f]Izabella[/name_f], too, I think, and the nn Cozy is so cute. I didn’t see your previous post, so don’t know which name you liked but didn’t go over well…but I do think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are pretty. Some other suggestions for cute twin names, imo, are: [name_f]Zara[/name_f] & [name_f]Rozalie[/name_f], [name_f]Talullah[/name_f] and [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] ([name_u]Tally[/name_u] and Roo are great nn’s I think!), [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] (Loo-sha) and [name_f]Klara[/name_f]. Good luck!
First of all, congratulations! Twins are exciting.

[name_f]Cecylia[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleonora[/name_f]
[name_f]Janeska[/name_f]
[name_f]Justyna[/name_f]
[name_f]Klementyna[/name_f]
[name_f]Liljana[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucya[/name_f]
[name_f]Rozalia[/name_f]
[name_f]Teodora[/name_f]
[name_f]Zofia[/name_f]
Sorry that your name was bashed.
If you leave the “z” out of the mix, I think these match in either style or popularity to [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]:
[name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f]
[name_f]Ella[/name_f]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
Since you both live in the US and I assume speak no Polish, I don’t think the hard-core Polish names are what you’re looking for. Given your daughter’s suggestion of [name_f]Kensley[/name_f], it seems like you prefer spritely, feminine names that are popular but not over-common. Here on nameberry most people would caution against using matchy-matchy names for twins, but instead picking two complementary names with a similar feel but which will let your girls feel like they still have a unique identity instead of being part of a set.
[name_m]How[/name_m] about:
[name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f]

[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliana[/name_f]
[name_f]Alana[/name_f]
[name_f]Kyra[/name_f] (much better meaning than [name_f]Keira[/name_f])
[name_f]Livia[/name_f]
[name_f]Amaya[/name_f]
[name_f]Anya[/name_f]
[name_f]Mariah[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f]
[name_f]Miranda[/name_f]
[name_f]Brielle[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f]
[name_f]Sienna[/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Evelina[/name_f]
