Twin sister for Hattie Clementine?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] again!!
Your feedback has been very helpful so far. I don’t like to share names with family too far in advance and I need to bounce these ideas around!!!

I feel like nameberry will tire of me but I’m seriously so lost in naming twin girls…hubby loves to veto without giving many (any!) suggestions.

So, I’m obviously looking for a great pair of girl names that flow well together, but do not match.

I love the name [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and would appreciate suggestions for a pairing with that.

I’m assuming most of you would say [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] “[name_f]Mim[/name_f]” and [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] are mismatched. I love [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] so much and would be willing to go with the full form [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] but my husband will NOT go for it!

I think [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] go together just fine. Honestly, I think twin names in reality are no less charming just because they are a little different. I believe it’s actually kind of nice if the names don’t totally match. [name_f]Mim[/name_f] and [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] would be adorable.

Other suggestions to go with [name_f]Hattie[/name_f]:
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Milly[/name_f] (could also be a nickname for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f])
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f]
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]
[name_f]Maggie[/name_f]
[name_f]Elise[/name_f]
[name_f]Florence[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_f]Opal[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]

Yeah, I do think [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] and [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] don’t work well together-- the two are classic and elegant and the other cute-sy and nickname-y.

I will second [name_f]Henriette[/name_f], [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. I am not a fan of the name [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]. [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] is also nicknamey to me so I would prefer to find a longer name even if I did call her [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] all the time.

I don’t think [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] are mismatched at all. They are both old-fashioned names. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] just happens to be more popular currently. [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] & [name_f]Mim[/name_f] is adorable.

Focusing on '[name_f]Mim[/name_f]", [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] or [name_f]Jessamy[/name_f]/[name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] might be great!
