I love all your suggestions, thank you!
We’ve narrowed it down a bit and these are our current top contenders:
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], [name_f]Eveline[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f].
Somehow [name_f]Emma[/name_f] also made it to the top of the list - it’s also been one of my favourite names for years. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it would work with [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] nn [name_f]Bella[/name_f]? We prefer [name_f]Emma[/name_f] as a stand-alone name (so not as a nn for a longer version) and my boyfriend isn’t sure whether or not he’s bothered by the fact that one name is signifcantly longer than the other and can be shortened to a nn.
I have one more question - how would you pronounce [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and which pronounciation do you prefer? [name_f]My[/name_f] partner is American, he pronounces the name EVV-uh-lynn, while I pronounce it EEVE-lynn (I’m British). We both pronounce [name_f]Eveline[/name_f] EVV-uh-leen.
Would you prefer Evelyn/Eveline with [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f]?
