My husband and I are expecting twins in April and are so excited!! We’ve already settled for the boy’s name to be Nathaniel but we haven’t found a matching girl’s name yet.
A couple of names we’re keeping in mind are Delilah, Aurelia, Nathalia, Naomi, Lydia, Genevieve, Aurora and Lillian.
I love [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] or [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] with [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]!
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] is one of my faves. maybe you’d also like: [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Ingrid[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Ramona[/name_f]
I love [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m], and you have a beautiful list for girls. The only one I would caution against is [name_f]Delilah[/name_f], just because she’s not a positive figure in the Bible, and since [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] is noticeably Biblical (and positive), the contrast is jarring. But I ADORE [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]. I also think [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] & [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] are gorgeous.
I don’t think you need other suggestions, but here are some ideas just in case:
I love the name [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]! Such a handsome choice.
From your list, I like [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] with [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]. [name_f]My[/name_f] personal favorite is [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], but I don’t feel it fits stylistically with [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]. Maybe if you planned to call him [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] + [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], or [name_m]Nate[/name_m] + [name_f]Lily[/name_f].
Like a previous poster said, I would not consider [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] given the significant difference of moral character of [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] and [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] in the Bible.
[name_f]Nathalia[/name_f] and [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m], I can’t even say them together without getting tongue-tied.
Other suggestions:
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Emily[/name_f]
I think [name_f]Nathalia[/name_f] and [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] are way too close since they’re variations of the same name. Other than that I love your whole list. [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is probably my favorite. I really like how [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] look together since they’re the same length.
Other ideas:
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] and…
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]
[name_f]Violetta[/name_f]
I love [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] or [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] with [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]. [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] is also nice if you’re looking for something more matchy.
You’ve got some beautiful names on the list already!
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - I love the sound of them together. They are both beautiful names.
[name_f]Nathalia[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] the sound of them together but with [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] this spelling feels too matchy… [name_f]Natalia[/name_f] / [name_f]Natalya[/name_f] would be a preference of mine.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] the name, I think syllable wise it matches up but written I like longer names with twin [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m].
I think you should go with [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]! Actually exactly what I was thinking as I saw it! [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] is nice but I think [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] matches better in length, plus they sound stunning together!
