I am so happy to share that our boy/girl twins arrived in [name_f]April[/name_f] at 37 weeks and a healthy 5 lbs 13 and 5lbs 14 oz! There were times during our long journey to parenthood that I thought we would not get to have any children. We were so lucky and overjoyed to welcome our son, [name_m]Sylvan[/name_m] [name_m]Jones[/name_m], back in 2022. And now he’s a big brother, to [name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Cosima[/name_f] and [name_m]Casper[/name_m] [name_m]Lucien[/name_m]! Syl, [name_m]Cas[/name_m], & [name_m]Rory[/name_m]. 
[name_f][/name_f] We also use nn [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and Florrie/Flora.
With Sylvan[name_f][/name_f], we had a pretty easy time choosing a name. We were team green and chose one name to use either way. We loved the nature meaning, the nickname potential, and the soft strength of the name. For the twins, we really just love the meanings and sound and nickname potential of the names. I love the fact that [name_f]Florence[/name_f] makes me think of [name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Nightingale[/name_f]. I like that their first and middle names offer a variety of more feminine and masculine nickname options so they have different ways to represent themselves based on who they are. I like that their middle names mean Universe and [name_m]Light[/name_m] 
[name_f][/name_f] [name_m]Lucien[/name_m] was almost Sylvan’s name, and almost Casper’s name, so it feels special to us in that way.
Two[name_f][/name_f] long[name_f][/name_f] forum posts gave you all a hint at how hard of a time I had choosing two more names for these babies! The feedback and advice was incredibly helpful. Though I was struggling with baby boy’s name for most of the pregnancy, in the end it was our girls name that I waffled on at the last minute! We ultimately brought two names for baby girl to the hospital, [name_f]Cosima[/name_f] and [name_f]Isadora[/name_f], with [name_f]Florence[/name_f] as a middle. And then in a surprising turn of events, we didn’t use either of them exactly and swapped first and middle to name her [name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Cosima[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]Once we landed on [name_f]Florence[/name_f] and [name_m]Casper[/name_m], I finally felt that sense of peace and feeling of joy that I had been searching for the entire pregnancy as I explored names. They are a couple months old now and the names feel so right 
Fun fact I learned after we decided, I have paternal ancestors named [name_f]Florence[/name_f], and the older of the two was born in the same city as my [name_f]Florence[/name_f], 149 years ago!
