Twist on Oliver

Any ideas on a twist on Oliver too make it more unique (not like an alternative spelling, but maybe a double barrel name to go with Oliver or unique nickname instead of Ollie/Olly)??

Edit: Any initial nicknames you can think of besides OJ? (as in I could choose a middle name with a J in it…but trying to think of other initials that sound good with O)

I’ve always though [name_m]Lev[/name_m] or [name_m]Levi[/name_m] would be a cool nickname for [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. [name_m]Or[/name_m] something like [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] (nn Ozzy) or [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] (nn Obie)?

Olivander was my first thought.

Vero as a nickname! Tolliver is very similar in sound but means “metalworker” according to NB.

Also:

Double-Barrel plus nicknames:

Oliver Lee
Oliver Ross “Ollie Ross”
Oliver Flynn “Ollie Flynn”
Oliver Hayes “Ollie Hayes”
Oliver James “Ollie James”
Oliver Quinn “Ollie Quinn”
Oliver Vance “Ollie Vance”

[name_f]Unique[/name_f] nicknames for Oliver… [name_f]Liv[/name_f], [name_m]Levi[/name_m] (from Liv?), [name_m]Vern[/name_m] (with a middle name beginning with N), or just O?
Initials:
OB (Obie)
OT (Otie/Otis)
OP (Opie)
ON (Owen)
OV (Ovie)
OZ (Oz/Ozzy)

A few double barrels:
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Edward[/name_m] “Ollie Ed”
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Jay[/name_m] “Ollie Jay”
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Blake[/name_m] “Ollie [name_m]Blake[/name_m] or Obie”
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Zoran[/name_m] “Oz / Ozzy”
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Nash[/name_m] “Vern”

[name_m]Olivier[/name_m] or [name_m]Ollivander[/name_m] (might be too tied to [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m], though)

Maybe [name_f]Jo[/name_f] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and call him [name_f]Jolly[/name_f]?

What do you think of Oggy?? (pronounced like Auggie) Thinking that we may use a G name for his middle name.

Maybe [name_m]Tolliver[/name_m] might appeal?

Otherwise…

[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Jude[/name_m] ‘Ollie Jude’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] ‘OB’ ‘Obie’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] ‘Otto’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Tristan[/name_m] ‘Otis’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Phoenix[/name_m] ‘Nox’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Ryan[/name_m] ‘Orion’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Silas[/name_m] ‘Sol’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Kingston[/name_m] ‘Link’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Aksel[/name_m] ‘Oak’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m] ‘Lox’
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Malachi[/name_m] ‘Lachie’

[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] nn…
[name_m]Ori[/name_m], [name_f]Liv[/name_f], [name_m]Lev[/name_m], [name_m]Bear[/name_m] (Oliver → [name_f]Ver[/name_f] → Bear?)

You could do initials O.T and call him Oatie!

I have Mark-Oliver on my list.

Oleander
Ollivander
Ollivett

Some nicknames that come to mind
Ollie, Ol, liv, lio, V, vers, ovy, olive, ollo, iver, ori, levi, lever, O,

[name_m]Gulliver[/name_m] is pretty similar in sound to [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].
