Ugly Words, But Pretty Names

Are there any words that have very negative associations, but would be pretty names without their meaning?

For example, I had a friend who once said he thought Chrysanthemum would be a pretty name if it wasn’t the death flower. Another said Chlamydia if it wasn’t a disease. I think [name_f]Corona[/name_f] would be a pretty name if it wasn’t associated with alcohol or now a virus.

Or even Jameson or Krystal, which are “normal” names but also associated with alcohol and drugs.

Do you know any others?

(NOT LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS FOR A CHILD. I AM NOT PREGNANT NOR TTC. JUST A FUN THREAD)

I think the name [name_f]Viola[/name_f] would be quite pretty if it didn’t mean “raped” in [name_u]French[/name_u] (I’m [name_u]French[/name_u])

Elegy! I love the look and the sound, and I genuinely think it could be a cool word name. But, the meaning of being a poem lamenting the dead is a little heavy.

Yes! Or Eulogy could be a cool boys name.

I taught in a school where a girl who is now in year 2 had the name ‘[name_f]Corona[/name_f]’

I thought it was beautiful and meaning crown is gorgeous. When COVID hit I felt so sorry for her
