“Uncommon” feels quite mild to me, so I voted under Top 200. Those are names you wouldn’t hear every day and would be very unlikely to share a class or workplace with, which is roughly my working definition of “uncommon”.
I feel while it’s number ranking is to take into some account Inalso think where it lands in the combo can also play into how “common” it feels
For example: Sure [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_u]Lynn[/name_u], [name_u]Marie[/name_u], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_u]Anne[/name_u], [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_u]John[/name_u] can be seen as common middle names but might come across as more uncommon as firsts.
For uncommon I’d say outside the top 300. There’s a good chance you won’t meet someone with the name, but it doesn’t fall under “rare” yet!
