Unfortunate initials... help!

It’s a boy and he will be [name_m]Phineas[/name_m] (nn [name_u]Finn[/name_u]). Our last name begins with “S” and we are struggling to find a middle name we like that has a strong meaning without making the initials:
PMS
POS (piece of sh**)
PIS
wondering if we should also maybe avoid PPS (is “pee-pees” a problem?) and PNS (will his initials/monogram look like penis… I’m probably way over thinking this).

Our girls are [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] (mighty in battle) and [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] (compassionate friend).

We are looking for a middle name that doesn’t give him unfortunate initials, has an equally strong and positive meaning to our girls’ middles, and fits with our other names.

My first thought was to change the spelling of [name_m]Phineas[/name_m] to Finneas.

I might be the only one, but none of those initials seem like that big a deal to me.

Personally, I think I’d only avoid PMS, but really, how often are middle names used?
