Unique Surnames for characters

So, I am doing a lot of writing lately and my character has Nameless as her name as per a custom in the kingdom, where she is a princess. The problem is that I want a very unique sounding last name or one that is so uncommon people might believe it is made up. I usually make up my last names, but I want something that is unique and could add to her mystique at the same time.

I kind of liked Lovelock. I can also show other names I have used for Surnames to get a jist.
