So I’ve been taken with this fervor and no list is an adequate substitute for the creativity and imagination of berries.
As the title suggests, I’m collecting unique names that are relatively genderless – welcoming names that are so rarely used (among [name_f]English[/name_f] speakers and in general) that they have no real gender association at all and names that land firmly on your guilty pleasure lists. Think names that you can only picture extremely fashionable people with too much money and spare time choosing.
I have a short list going, and I’d love to hear what any of you thinks would fit. (Disclaimer: some of these are definitely gendered and not wildly unusual, but I’ve included them because the vibe feels right, and y’all are so good at matching vibes.)
Some of these might be slightly more gendered or common (or uncommon but similar to common names) but I still felt they matched the vibe of your list. And I have to admit that some of the names I suggested I actually like for a real child, they don’t all scream “high fashion with lots of money and quirky taste”. But I hope they fit what you’re looking for!
[name_u]Greer[/name_u], [name_u]Sloane[/name_u], [name_u]Pascale[/name_u], [name_u]Olsen[/name_u], [name_u]Watson[/name_u], and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] come to mind! I prefer all of these on girls myself (save for [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u], which I really quite love on any gender), but I can see them as being very neutral (especially the latter four)!! I love this little group of names.
