I want to see everyone’s opinions on the name [name_u]Valentine[/name_u]. I like it with the array of nicknames e.g. [name_u]Valen[/name_u], [name_u]Val[/name_u], [name_m]Ty[/name_m], [name_u]Vale[/name_u], [name_m]Tino[/name_m], [name_u]Vinny[/name_u], V, [name_m]Len[/name_m], [name_u]Lenny[/name_u], [name_f]Vali[/name_f], [name_u]Valo[/name_u], [name_f]Tine[/name_f]. I want to see what your thoughts on the name are, maybe more nicknames if you can think of any. Thanks.

I absolutely love [name_u]Valentine[/name_u]! I prefer it in the middle spot but it works as a first name too.
My favourite nickname is [name_u]Val[/name_u] - so handsome 
One you haven’t mentioned is [name_u]Van[/name_u] - I think that’s pretty cool!
I like [name_f]Vali[/name_f] / [name_f]Valley[/name_f] and [name_u]Lenny[/name_u] too.
[name_f]Tiny[/name_f] is a cute nickname whilst a baby (though probably not as they get older! 
)

I really love [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] it’s such a strong choice really lovely name that feels romantic and elegant. I personally prefer [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] in the middle name slot and this goes for either gender I think it’s a great name.

You could also have the nickname [name_m]Vin[/name_m]! I probably like [name_u]Val[/name_u], V, or [name_m]Vin[/name_m] the best.

I like it. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite nn is [name_u]Val[/name_u]. I like [name_u]Vale[/name_u] too but the a sound is wrong. I do prefer it as a middle name I think…

it’s my own sons middle name.
I’m not 100% in love with any of the nicknames for it, which is why it made such a natural middle name for us, but I’d probably use [name_u]Van[/name_u] myself. I think it’s cool and strong and simple, with plenty of character. [name_u]Vale[/name_u] or even [name_m]Vanya[/name_m] could be lovely too.

I love [name_u]Valentine[/name_u]! I had a cat I named [name_u]Valentine[/name_u], a male, and for short we’d call him [name_u]Valo[/name_u]. I had a male student named [name_u]Valery[/name_u] and I called him [name_u]Val[/name_u]. Valient would be a cool name for a boy, too!

I love the name [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] for a boy. It’s actually a family name of mine… one of my ancestors was a ship captain by the name of [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] [name_m]William[/name_m] (he died at sea). [name_f]My[/name_f] partner is a mariner too, and we met around [name_u]Valentine[/name_u]’s [name_u]Day[/name_u], so I’d really love to use it for a son. Probably in the middle e.g. [name_u]Sacha[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u].
