Vali ✨

I’m newly in love :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

Thoughts? (honesty not only appreciated but encouraged!) :pray:

Cute!

Obviously there’s the valley girl reference but thats all I can think of that would be negative

I think it’s cute! Personally I prefer [name_f]Valley[/name_f] but [name_f]Vali[/name_f] has a lovely airiness to it — very sweet and bright and sparkly.

Thankyou for your responses! I think I’d be pronouncing Vah-li, but I like both.

I foresee a lot of [name_f]Valley[/name_f] girl puns

I’m in the UK and just had to google what that refers to. It’s not culturally relevant here.

Is it pronounced like valley or more like var-lee (like Bali)?

This is both a Norse and Hindi name. I think the Norse prn is [name_f]Valley[/name_f], while the Hindi is Vah-li. I’d be using Vah-li (like Bali).

It feels really cool! [name_f]My[/name_f] only problem with it would be the “valley girl” thing, but I see that it’s not a problem for you, so I love it for you! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::heartpulse:

No, it’s “vah-li” in Norwegian, too. “Valley” is just American [name_f]English[/name_f].
[name_f]Vali[/name_f] is pretty nice but I prefer it on a boy.
