I have a three-book series with heroes that have “devil” names, and I would like to give the ladies more virtuous names. Off the cuff, I can think of the following:
[name_f]Serenity[/name_f], [name_f]Hope[/name_f], [name_f]Charity[/name_f], [name_u]True[/name_u], [name_f]Patience[/name_f], [name_u]Love[/name_u], and [name_f]Amity[/name_f] are what I first thought of. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] I helped!
Well, the [name_u]Seven[/name_u] [name_f]Heavenly[/name_f] Virtues are: [name_f]Prudence[/name_f] (or Discipline), [name_u]Justice[/name_u] (here, meaning being in the middle of selfishness and selflessness), [name_f]Temperance[/name_f] (or restraint), Courage, [name_f]Faith[/name_f], [name_f]Hope[/name_f], and [name_f]Charity[/name_f] (or Kindness).
Obviously, some of these are names and some really aren’t, but there are plenty of names with these meanings!
I think you could probably do either [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] or [name_f]Faith[/name_f], as in [name_f]Faith[/name_f] [name_m]Hill[/name_m], if one of those names works, and if you like The Beatles, you could probably use the name [name_f]Prudence[/name_f], and there is a song called “Dear [name_f]Prudence[/name_f].”
