As my search through old family records continued this morning, I came across the name [name]Vivia[/name]. I looked it over several times to see if the n was left off, it didn’t seem to be, so I looked up [name]Vivia[/name], and found it is an actual name… Though not listed on all sites. I thought it was so pretty! Thoughts? [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name]?
I find [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] to be a bit ‘V’ heavy. [name]Vivia[/name] is gorgeous though!
[name]Do[/name] you think people would always be trying to add an n? [name]Viva[/name] [name]Grace[/name] strikes me as pretty as well!

It’s quite possible given the popularity of [name]Vivian[/name] that some people will try to add the N. I don’t think it would be an especially common occurrence or one that couldn’t be gently corrected immediately.
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Grace[/name] is sweet!
[name]Vivia[/name] is lovely. I think people won’t mistake it for [name]Vivian[/name].
[name]Vivia[/name] is very pretty! Oddly enough, I didn’t see Vivan without the n when I saw [name]Vivia[/name]. Instead, (and I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, but it was my initial reaction,) I saw some sort of made-up knock off of [name]Olivia[/name]. Since [name]Olivia[/name] is soooo popular right now, it seems inevitable that some people, will try to get “creative” and make up similar-sounding spin-offs. That being said, hearing that it’s a legitimate name makes me feel a lot better about it. But it’s possible that some people might have the same reaction I did.
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] is very pretty! My only concern would be that the fn ends in a vowel and the mn starts with a vowel. I always find those types of pairings a little hard to say. But it’s pretty nevertheless!
[name]How[/name] gorgeous! What a fantastic gem you found! I don’t care for the name [name]Evangeline[/name] and also think it is V heavy. [name]How[/name] about:
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Cecile[/name]
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Celeste[/name]
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Rose[/name]

[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
My stars, I love that. I like [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name], but I like alliteration.
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Ruth[/name]
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]
[name]Vivia[/name] [name]June[/name]
Can someone explain how this would be pronounced? When I look at it I see Vee-vee-ah (kind of like [name]Aviva[/name]) but it’s supposed to be pronounced like Vih-vee-ah?
I pronounce it like [name]Vivian[/name] but with out the n… Vih-vee-ah
I am adding [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Grace[/name] and [name]Viva[/name] [name]Jane[/name] to my list
Never heard it before, but I like it very much! People may mistakenly assume it’s a typo of [name]Vivian[/name], but who cares? It’s beautiful. Plus, you said it’s a family name, right? I think it would be worth the risk! Also, [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] is V heavy, but not in a bad way. I think it flows well. Alliteration doesn’t have to be a negative.
I’m not sure where I stand. I do like the nn [name]Vivi[/name], but I’m not terribly fond of [name]Vivian[/name] itself. [name]Vivia[/name] does feel very incomplete to me, but I love [name]Lilia[/name] essentially as much as I love [name]Lillian[/name], so I don’t know why I feel that way! I agree, though–[name]Vivia[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] is quite “V” heavy, but [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Emmeline[/name] might be nice, and [name]Vivia[/name] [name]Grace[/name] is sweet.
