We’re team green but struggle with a middle for our girls name. Nina is a favourite of my husbands which I’ve warmed up to but need to find the perfect middle name for to actually commit to using.

Which one is your favourite? Our other children have family names for their middle names.
Abbey and Catherine have family connections/special memories. Eilidh ties into the fact we spent our first holiday together in Scotland, but neither of us are of Scottish origin. Daisy was our top choice but a recent interaction has really given us a sour association with the name. Verity we just like the sound of and the meaning of truth.
To be honest, none of them quite have the same sparkle and pizazz as we feel from our two other children’s names and I’d love to feel as excited about this babies name as there’s. Maybe you just don’t by number three though??

Something that came to mind was [name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] or [name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Maisy[/name_f] - similar in sound to [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], Scottish in origin, but perhaps a little more international than [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f]?

[name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Cariad[/name_f]- that’s an interesting one! One of my parents is Welsh and I love welsh culture but have never really liked girls welsh names. That’s a new one to me though and I do really like it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Have talked to my husband and he is neutral to warm on [name_f]Cariad[/name_f]- but says it’s totally my call as [name_f]Nina[/name_f] is his top pick.

So I think we’re down to a toss up between

[name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Verity[/name_f]
and
[name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Cariad[/name_f]
