I have this character named, [name_m]Jimmy[/name_m] Beaudry. I can’t seem to come up with something for his father. He’s the “[name_u]Walker[/name_u] [name_u]Texas[/name_u] [name_m]Ranger[/name_m] meets [name_m]Walt[/name_m] Longmire” type.
This character is married to [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. They have two children, [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_u]James[/name_u] “[name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]”. Now the character’s parents ([name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]'s grandparrents) are [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] and [name_m]Frank[/name_m]. [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is a force to be reckon but she’s also very down to earth. She thinks [name_f]Rose[/name_f] ([name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]'s mother) isn’t good enough for her son. [name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]'s father is an only child and when he’s in the room everyone knows it so I’m looking for a strong name.
Toss some names out, please.
[name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]'s dad is a big guy, but he’s a softy (just like [name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]), he’s shy but if asked he will give his opinion and be rather blunt about it. He spends a lot of time outside and when he does come inside for his meals, etc, he always has the radio on the country station.
Parents are [name_m]Frank[/name_m] and [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]
Wife is [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
Kids are [name_u]James[/name_u] “[name_m]Jimmy[/name_m]” and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
[name_f]Do[/name_f] any of the following names work?
[name_m]Jack[/name_m] … it fits but I’m not sure about the whole [name_m]Jack[/name_m] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] thing with Titanic
[name_m]Clinton[/name_m] “[name_m]Clint[/name_m]” … [name_f]Love[/name_f] this one
[name_m]Hoyt[/name_m] … I like it but it might be too soft
[name_m]Holt[/name_m] … I don’t like as much as [name_m]Hoyt[/name_m] but it harder sounding
[name_m]Dalton[/name_m] … [name_f]Love[/name_f] this one
[name_m]Elton[/name_m] … Not sure about this one
[name_m]Cooper[/name_m] … I love it
[name_m]Langdon[/name_m] … I like the meaning
[name_m]Winston[/name_m] “[name_u]Win[/name_u]” … a little different
[name_m]Reginald[/name_m] … “[name_m]Reg[/name_m]” … not sure about this one, it has a regel type feeling to it
Any help with narrowing these down would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
