Ways Of Getting The Nickname Callie?

[name_f]Callie[/name_f] such a sweet name! What name could you use that would make the nickname [name_f]Callie[/name_f]? I like classic names, not modern please help…

[name_f]Callista[/name_f] [my first thought] sounds modern but has history. Others:

I like [name_f]Callie[/name_f] by itself

[name_f]Callista[/name_f]/[name_f]Calixta[/name_f] and [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] were my first thoughts. Perhaps [name_f]Calla[/name_f]? Or the more unusual [name_f]Calandra[/name_f], [name_f]Calantha[/name_f], [name_f]Caledonia[/name_f], [name_u]Calypso[/name_u]?

[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is the classic option for [name_f]Callie[/name_f], and I love it.

I also love the more unusual [name_f]Calanthe[/name_f] and [name_f]Calandra[/name_f].

I wouldn’t have thought of [name_f]Raquel[/name_f] for [name_f]Callie[/name_f], but I don’t mind [name_f]Raquel[/name_f] or [name_f]Raquela[/name_f].

[name_f]Calla[/name_f] was my first thought

Or [name_f]Kalinda[/name_f] becomes [name_f]Kallie[/name_f]? I suppose you could just change [name_f]Kalinda[/name_f] to [name_f]Calinda[/name_f] and get [name_f]Callie[/name_f] from that also. I love “The Goodwife” and there is a character named [name_f]Kalinda[/name_f] on that show.

First thought: [name_f]Calliope[/name_f]
I also like [name_f]Calista[/name_f], [name_f]Calvina[/name_f] maybe?

I know a [name_f]Callie[/name_f]'s whose full name is [name_f]Catherine[/name_f].
