[name_m]Elson[/name_m] was my first thought. It again is a form of [name_u]Ellison[/name_u], but that might be too close to [name_u]Allison[/name_u] for you?

There’s [name_u]Elisha[/name_u] but it’s hard to find more than those already mentioned. [name_u]Elias[/name_u] and [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] would be great.
For obscure options there’s Elsdon and Elisedd (Welsh, unsure of pronunciation.)

Maybe [name_m]Nelson[/name_m]?

[name_u]Elias[/name_u] would be my top choice, but I think any [name_f]El[/name_f] name works.

I took a different tack. [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] means pledged to God. I put the meaning of God into the name finder and came out with many wonderful names that you would love. There were no boys names exactly matching pledged to God.

For example as common names:

[name_m]Daniel[/name_m], [name_m]Timothy[/name_m], [name_m]Matthew[/name_m],
