i love it! i actually knew a Meadow and she wore it well! it’s just so pretty and sweet but also strong
[name_f]Meadow[/name_f] is beautiful, it’s on my list of M names I like lol
it’s one of those nature-y names that somehow manages to not sound TOO hippie.
It is not a “natural” name, meaning that I think if a [name_f]Meadow[/name_f] was introducing herself she might get people being surprised, or asking her to say it again, etc.
That said, there is a lot to like about the name [name_f]Meadow[/name_f]. It has a nice sound to it, and it contains the long “o” which I love.
[name_f]Meadow[/name_f] is sweet, warm and cheerful
I like Meadow; it’s bright and vibrant! I love the cheerful imagery of it.
I feel like I’ve told this story 50 times in this forum over the years so feel free to scroll past if you’ve heard it already! But, I love [name_f]Meadow[/name_f]. It’s my cat’s name. She came into our lives shortly after we finished watching The Sopranos, a character on which was the only time we had ever encountered [name_f]Meadow[/name_f] as a given name. At the time (2008) it sounded a little bit too “out there” for us to ever consider as a name for a human, but we just thought it was so pretty, plus we were naming a cat.
Thirteen years later, we still love Meadow’s name, only now we think of it as a totally viable person name too and love to see it used in the world (which barely ever happens to us).

I love it. If [name_u]Prairie[/name_u] and [name_f]Savannah[/name_f] are acceptable , why not [name_f]Meadow[/name_f]. In fact, I like it better than both of those.
I love it. It is very Sopranos but a sweet name and I’m surprised it isn’t as popular as [name_u]Willow[/name_u]!
