WDYT of my new name crush?

[name]Hadley[/name]

Unisex- probably as a mn.
Yes, very different from my other names isn’t it!
Maybe I would even consider it as a FN!!! Probably more for a girl if a FN.

I like [name]Hadley[/name] also, I think it’s really cute! but I have a hard time picturing it on an adult I think that’s my only problem with it.

[name]LOVE[/name] [name]Hadley[/name]! It is my top girl name.If I have a daughter, I plan on naming her [name]Hadley[/name] [name]Mae[/name] or [name]Hadley[/name] [name]Skye[/name].

I love [name]Hadley[/name] as well. Mostly I picture it on a tough sort of girl, I’m not sure why- but it’s a good image anyway

I’m really liking [name]Hadley[/name]! I’m 100% sure it will be in the top 100 this coming year and within the top 50 or 20 over the next few years. [name]Hadley[/name] is a rising star but I feel much more comfortable with it as a girls name, I think it is losing its unisex status fast.

I’ve liked [name]Hadley[/name] for a really long time! But with its rising popularity, I have been surprised at the number of negative reactions I’ve gotten when I’ve mentioned it. I’ve only ever known one, and she was this lovely blond curly haired violist. So I see it as a nice feminine name, but with some strength to it.

I like [name]Hadley[/name] a lot. It’s one of my favorite “last names first” names for a girl. I think it manages to sound both spunky and elegant.

I’ve always liked [name]Hadley[/name]. It’s one of the few unisex/surname-y names I like for girls, along with [name]Quinn[/name] and [name]Waverly[/name]. I agree with goodhope - both spunky and elegant. And I love the [name]Hemingway[/name] association.

I think boy’s name, because that’s how it’s mainly used in the UK.

When I say it out loud I feel like I’m impersonation someone from [name]Boston[/name] saying the word “hardly”

Wow, I am surprised the love [name]Hadley[/name] is getting.
I mentioned the name to my DH and he said he liked it. Which is unusual as he usually prefers more known or traditional names.
Any more thoughts- especially as to spelling? I saw one spelling I liked for girls- [name]Hadlee[/name]. It seems more obviously girly. WDYT? I am not liking the [name]Hadleigh[/name] spelling at all. NMS
