Wdyt of Nicolette?

[name]Do[/name] you like it? Be completely honest, I’m not pregnant or anything. [name]Just[/name] wondering.

And how do you prefer it being spelled? [name]Nicolette[/name], or [name]Nicholette[/name]?

I prefer [name]Nicole[/name]. I like the [name]Nicolette[/name] spelling better.

I love [name]Nicolette[/name]. You get all the [name]Nicole[/name] nicknames (which I like) without having to use [name]Nicole[/name] (which I dislike A LOT). I’d spell it without the “h.”

I like [name]Nicole[/name] better but [name]Nicolette[/name] is nice too

I love [name]Nicolette[/name] and prefer that spelling

I prefer the spelling [name]Nicolette[/name]. I think it’s a very pretty, sophisticated name that still sounds spunky. You get [name]Nicky[/name], [name]Nico[/name], [name]Nica[/name], Let, [name]Lettie[/name]…

I like it! (But it does remind me of the character from Big [name]Love[/name]…not too strong of an association though)

You know, I was just thinking about this name a few weeks ago, because it is so much fun to say aloud. It just feels fun coming out. I love the lilt. I prefer the spelling [name]Nicolette[/name]. The other name I was thinking of with it (NOT a combo, just another name that is fun to say and has the same musical feel) is [name]Viviana[/name]. It’s too common for my liking, but I love saying it. You may like it as well.

it reminds me of the nicotine replacement gum

Same. [name]Nicolette[/name] [name]Nicolette[/name], you can beat the cigarette

I agree with this completely

As was mentioned before, it makes me think of cigarettes. In [name]England[/name] (where I live) there’s a brand of nicotine replacement products called Nicorette, and that’s all it makes me think of. Sorry.

I love [name]Nicolette[/name]. It is a beautiful French name. Many people use [name]Nicole[/name] or [name]Colette[/name] without knowing that both derive from [name]Nicolette[/name].

I much prefer [name]Nicole[/name]…

good luck!

I have never met a nice girl called [name]Nicolette[/name]. Sorry, but it sounds like a mean girl name and sadly the people [name]Ive[/name] met called [name]Nicolette[/name] have only confirmed that.

I prefer [name]Nicolette[/name] to [name]Nicole[/name] which sounds dated.

I agree with @blade. I think Nicorette as well.
I’d prefer the spelling [name]Nicholette[/name] at least its one extra later off.

I think of Nicorette too.

That said, I know a [name]Nicolette[/name] who’s in her 30s now, not sure which spelling she uses because she goes by [name]Nicky[/name], she hates her full name. I do prefer the derivatives, [name]Nicole[/name] and [name]Colette[/name], much more.
