I think it’s lovely. It has a nice, pleasing soft sibilance to it and the meaning is sweet.

I like [name_u]Vesper[/name_u]! That was my old chosen name, before finding Theodora/Teddy. I have a soft for [name_u]Vesper[/name_u], especially with the nn [name_u]Perry[/name_u].

I like [name_u]Vesper[/name_u], very casual cool and remind me of one of the [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Bond[/name_m] movies!

LOVE [name_u]Vesper[/name_u]! It has a cool, modern feeling and reminds me of names like [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] and [name_u]Sloane[/name_u].

It’s on my maybe-if-we’re-brave-enough list.

One of my favorites! I love the meaning and subtle [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Bond[/name_m] connection.

I love it! It strikes me as sharp and sleek and mysterious, definitely the vibe embodied by the [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_u]Green[/name_u] [name_m]Bond[/name_m] girl.

I actually met a little [name_u]Vesper[/name_u] once, a sweet little girl, and it worked surprisingly well on a child too.

Very sleek and cool! And I really like the meaning! It’s not quite my style, but I really love it for others :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Has a witchy / dark mystic vibe. A strong name for a female and potential qualities to be timeless

[name_f]Gorgeous[/name_f]!

I adore [name_u]Vesper[/name_u], it’s one of my favorite girls names! It’s soft, mysterious, and shiny to me

i’m not the biggest fan of vesper-- something about the spelling looks off to me, and it sounds a lot like “fester” in my head.

It’s a cold, waspish name I could imagine on a sci-fi femme fatale. Probably due to the [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Bond[/name_m] association.

I am not a fan of [name_u]Vesper[/name_u] for multiple reasons. I do not like how it sounds. I don’t tend to like names that end in “per” (Jasper, [name_u]Piper[/name_u], Harper) so it’s not too surprising I don’t like [name_u]Vesper[/name_u]. But [name_u]Vesper[/name_u] feels the least usable to me out of the “per” names.

I think this is because of my existing religious association with the word [name_u]Vesper[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] church uses the order of Vespers for most evening services. Now, I would not be against using [name_u]Vesper[/name_u] for that reason if I liked how it sounds. But to me, it’s pretty much the equivalent of your kid “nighttime church service”.

It’s one of those names that popular on nameberry that I just don’t get. :woman_shrugging:

I’ve never heard it used in real life. It feels a bit like a company name to me not in a bad way just I can see it being an Alexa/Siri type of name. It has a very pretty sound!

It’s ok but it isn’t not my style
