Thoughts on verity jane, does verity work for a little girl today?

I think [name]Verity[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is a great blend of quirky and classic. It does sound a bit like Calamity [name]Jane[/name] but who cares? 
I think [name]Verity[/name] works for a girl or woman. [name]Vera[/name] is a good nn if you want something more serious.
I love it! It is a bit reminiscent of Calamity [name]Jane[/name] which I suppose has potential for teasing, but I’m not sure how big of a problem that would actually end up being, especially since she would generally just be known as [name]Verity[/name] rather than [name]Verity[/name] [name]Jane[/name]. I definitely do think that [name]Verity[/name] would work well for a little girl today. It was my favorite girls’ name at one point. I think it’s very underused.

I feel [name]Jane[/name] as a middle is a touch dated though. I agree that a classic name to go with the quirky [name]Verity[/name] is a good mix

I think [name]Verity[/name] is a great choice; unusual and quirky. While, [name]Jane[/name] helps to soften and balance the name.
