so as i’ve mentioned on here before, i thought it’d be cool for my future kids to have the same initials as me (kinda) mine are M.M.D.D. a name i love with my whole heart is Lennon Lilac / Lavender (can’t decide) and then a d name, so what’re your thoughts on Lennon Lilac Dove D, or Lennon Lavender Dove D?
also would it be too much for all of my kids to share the second middle name of Dove? i just really like it as a way to honour all the loved ones i’ve lost.

I don’t think it’s too much to have all your kids share the second middle [name_u]Dove[/name_u], I think it’s a special thing
Normally, I’m firmly in the camp that siblings should have their own names that they don’t have to share with one another but in this case, since it’s a second middle, it doesn’t bother me as much. They have their own names and also have this connection to you and one another. It’s actually quite cute!

I think all of your kids having the same second middle name would be adorable! [name_f]My[/name_f] brother and I share a middle name (it’s his second middle and just my middle since I have two first names, if that makes sense). It’s our mom’s maiden name btw. But I think [name_u]Dove[/name_u] is very gender neutral and would work well on a boy!

i don’t think that it’s weird for kids to share middle names, honestly. especially if you’re including multiple middle names. not as many people are going to know the middles, anyways. it’s kind of cute, actually!
