so, i was thinking in the shower and i come across the question, what would an 8th weasley be named?

siblings are listed, honestly kinda want to make this fake character super close to percy but shes not like a pompous as him (percy is fav). anyways, probably a 2nd girl, close to ginny, you get the gist. heres the list, if you arent familiar! middles may be inaccurate for characters who werent rlly big

william arthur w. (bill)
charles septimus w. (charlie)
percival ignatius w. (percy)
fred gideon w. (maybe frederick, cant find sources)
george fabien w.
ronald bilius w. (ron)
ginevra molly w. (ginny)

All the Weasleys are named after characters in the Arthurian Legends and their middle names are after family. I would want to continue that theme.

Boy - [name_u]Henry[/name_u] [name_m]Cedric[/name_m] (as a nod to Cedrella Weasley)

I agree on continuing the tradition of Arthurian names and a middle name referencing a family member.

Also, I cannot remember where I read this, but I’m pretty sure [name_m]Fred[/name_m] is short for [name_m]Frederic[/name_m]. Though this could have been from a fake site, I suppose, as I really can’t remember!

Based on the theme (that I just learned from other berries existed, at least for the first names)…
B: [name_m]Gareth[/name_m] [name_m]Linus[/name_m] Weasley (after a brother of Arthur’s who doesn’t have a name and thus whom I’ve given one!)
G: [name_f]Enid[/name_f] [name_f]Mafalda[/name_f] Weasley (after a cousin of Molly’s)
(I’d have loved to use [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] here, but [name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] / [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] and [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f] / [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] is a bit much!)

@AStudyIn_Scarlet these are so darling! i always forget about how its after the arthurian legends. elaine lucretia is so pretty.

@TeaJay i love isolde cerella, it sounds so pretty with the others, along with nyneve muriel, heavenly.

@may.rose ahh! theodore lisette is killing me, along with tobias henry. so cute <33

@snowmaiden i have a feeling it was frederic as well, but im not sure. gareth linus is so cute, and elsinore lavinia, elsie is just so sweet.

I never knew that the names were based off Arthurian legends! That is such an interesting fact!

Based on this new knowledge of mine:

B: [name_u]Tristan[/name_u] [name_m]Conall[/name_m] (I too came up with a name for one of Arthur’s brothers. I’m assuming the other is Bilius, so I thought it might be fun to do an ABC theme.)

G: [name_u]Vivien[/name_u] Cedrella "Vivi"

i always forget that fact, its so cool! vivien cedrella seems so cute with the rest, and i love how the girls both have that v sound. i love tristan conall as well!
