Ok I will take my best shot at this!
[name]William[/name] [nn [name]Will[/name] or [name]Wills[/name]]- Personally, I love [name]William[/name], nn [name]Will[/name], [name]Liam[/name] or [name]Wills[/name]. However, it is a popular name. I guess a drawback is [name]Bill[/name], [name]Willie[/name], [name]Billy[/name] nns. While its a perfectly good name with a lot of history, it is not original at all.
[name]Noah[/name]- I guess the NO part in it. Has recently soared to new popularity heights. BUt its not a bad name either. MIght be associated too much with the ark.
[name]Isaiah[/name] [nn Zay] - I dont really like the Zay nn. I say ah. what do you say? I say “ah”.
[name]Isaac[/name] - I dont mind this name either. Could have the [name]Zack[/name] nn.
[name]Jack[/name] - Very cute, but very popular. And lots of associations
[name]Jameson[/name] - Alcohol. I think this is a GREAT name for a boy if his father’s name is [name]James[/name]. If not… its more alcohol sounding.
Out of your boys:
Most Classic: [name]William[/name]
Cutest: [name]Jack[/name]
Most Biblical: Tie between [name]Noah[/name] and [name]Isaiah[/name]
Most Alcoholic: [name]Jameson[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [nn Lils] - I don’t like the name [name]Lydia[/name] and still am having trouble wrapping my head around why it is having a new surge of appeal. First off, I associate it with a spoiled brat trouble-maker in P&P by [name]Jane[/name] [name]Austen[/name]. I think that Lils as a nn for it is a stretch. Lyd or [name]Dia[/name] could be nns or Liddy, but I think of Tupperware or Spanish word for day. So really its Tupperware [name]Day[/name] = [name]Lydia[/name]. Bit of a stretch, but like I said, not a fan of the name, would not use it for my daughter, but am definitely ok with other people using it.
[name]Evelyn[/name] [nn [name]Evy[/name]] - [name]Love[/name] [name]Evelyn[/name]. I really think its so pretty that it does not need a nn. I guess it can sound old to some people. Its a very soft and pretty name.
[name]Caroline[/name] [nn [name]Cara[/name] or [name]Calie[/name]] - [name]Love[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] too. I dont like [name]Calie[/name] as a nn. I can’t help but saying Sweeeeeeet [name]Caroline[/name]… bah bah ba!! It is becoming fairly popular. Among our circle, we have known 3 Carolines born in the last two years. I go back and forth on which I like more, [name]Caroline[/name] or [name]Carolina[/name]. [name]Both[/name] are great. I like [name]Carrie[/name] as a nn.
[name]Natalia[/name] [nn [name]Tali[/name]] - Hmm… Well this is all personal, but every [name]Natalia[/name] I have known has had an attitude and been, well, not so nice. So thats my association. I can definitely understand its appeal and how exotic it sounds, but I picture a vixen.
[name]Favorite[/name]: [name]Caroline[/name] and [name]Evelyn[/name]
Least: [name]Lydia[/name]
Most Exotic: [name]Natalia[/name]
Most likely to take your man: [name]Natalia[/name]
Most likely to be a brat: [name]Lydia[/name]
Most well rounded: [name]Caroline[/name]
Most likely to be sweet: [name]Caroline[/name]
Most likely to be well behaved: [name]Evelyn[/name]
Most likely to be a fairy nymph: [name]Evelyn[/name]
Most likely to hit a baseball out of the park: [name]Caroline[/name]
Most likely to smell good: [name]Evelyn[/name]
[name]Hope[/name] this helps at all!
